Gary N. Fontana
President
Gary has been the President of GNF Management Company, Inc. since its inception in 1990. Gary has vast experience working with clients in the Louisiana region. His primary focus is day to day operations, which includes business development, developing projects, and assisting communities in obtaining grant funding through Federal and State funding agencies for water, sewer, and street projects. His knowledge of the funding sources gives our clients the peace of mind and competitive advantage to know their projects are under control. He also holds a current PACP/MACP/LACP license through NASSCO.0

Custer L. Fontana, EIT
Project Manager
Custer holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He has worked with engineering firms producing civil construction plans and specifications for municipalities and clients throughout Louisiana and Texas in the water and wastewater sector. This background solidifies GNF's success in the construction industry. He also works extensively with Federal and State funding agencies to find clients funding for civil related projects. He maintains a current Louisiana EIT license and a PACP/MACP/LACP license though NASSCO.
